I wouldn't recommend them. They started out real good and everything went smoothly. The house was supposed to be done in 7 months and it took them over a year. There were financial problems at the end so therefore they cut back on some of the things. They never did really finish the house. We had a leaky window that we told them about and they never came and repaired it. They didn't finish some cabinetry. The quality of the work and the materials went downhill. They had a lien on the property because they didn't pay one of the bills and we wound up having to pay that. The home turned out good and they did a good job on what they did do but they didn't complete the work. Doug Chase, the owner, actually died last November. It is just his son, Tyler now.
