Great service! Team of 2 finished a big job in about 4 hours. While the lead plumber was expert, his counterpart was less so and nearly convinced me to spend more than I needed on a new faucet and electrician. Ultimately, everything was done perfectly.

It went fine. I have a new garbage disposal. The problem however, was electrical not the disposal so I still don't have a working disposal. It would have been great to know it was electrical before I had to pay for a new disposal.

It went really well, started out with a higher estimate, but after all the work was done the price came out to be much lower. He knew his stuff and what to do and saved us a bunch of money.

Discovered leak on Thursday prior to 4th of July weekend. Donerite was able to get someone out on Sunday and NO extra charge. Appointment set between 1 - 3 pm. Aaron showed up at 5 pm and had job completed within 1.5 hours. Only snag was no phone call letting us know he was running late and all phone numbers we had were not in operation on Sunday. Fair pricing and very professional.

They were friendly, however it seemed that they did not want to do the work for some reason. The first visit went fine and they found a couple of things extra things that needed replaced which was expected as our house is 20 years old. Our shower arrived broken which was not their fault. However after receiving the new shower it took them awhile to be able to return to install it which we understand about scheduling. But.... when the shower was installed there were gaps where the walls attach to the back. The front of the shower lines up on one side but not the other so it is off. The walls are new and are square. The drain was off so we weren’t sure if it was going to leak and they removed the collar for the toilet that they put on the first time. I think because the floor was not put in but why put it on in the first place??? Anyway they had to come back a third time to install the toilet and fix the drain. The strainer part of the drain is loose and comes off while taking a shower so I now need to fix this as well. We bought two toilets one for each of our bathrooms. We remodeled our guest bathroom ourselves and I installed the toilet following the directions fairly easily. The plumber stated he had never installed this particular toilet which is fine. However he seemed to not be able to follow directions very well and appeared to struggle. I tried to offer some help and hopefully it helped him, but the directions were pretty straight forward. I know this is a long review, but this was a major remodel. I am not very happy that we have to look at a crooked shower for the next 10-15 years. I siliconed the gaps to blend them, but should not have had to. The shower head is waaayyyy high and my wife has a herd time reaching it. I have to figure out what is going on with the strainer for the drain and fix that. All of these I should have caught before the plumber was completed but with such a large project it was difficult to see how everything would look in the end. I would not recommend this company for any major projects. They seem to be quantity over quality for the most part as they seemed very rushed. Hopefully we were an anomaly and others have a better experience.

These guys care more about their image than doing a good job for fair price. To begin with I shouldn't have hired them because they were too expensive. But they showed me the bid and I was in a hurry so I hired them. That's my fault. My regular plumber was really busy and I didn't want to live without a kitchen sink. They might be okay for a simple job, but the way they itemize everything into parts adds up to a jaw dropping bill. It feels like a scam. So if you are looking for an economical plumber look elsewhere. Donerite? Well I had to call them back because there was a small leak. The plumber came back that day so it was taken care of fairly quickly. They are have a pretty slick system for telling you when the plumber is coming, so communication was good.

Really great service! Competent, friendly, courteous, thorough. I called at 8:45 and the plumber was here just over an hour later, by 10:00. Completed the job efficiently and gave me pointers on avoiding clogged drains in the future. Reasonable rates. Will definitely use DoneRite in the future for other repairs and a new water heater.

Everything ended up going very well only because I questioned the estimate and the manager spoke to me personally. The young guy that did the estimate didn't know about a tool that meant he wouldn't have to tunnel through a cupboard to get behind the shower to fix it, so he gave me an estimate $400 or $500 to high. The manager knew about the tool and sent another guy out with the young one, so everything turned out great.

Professional, friendly service. Technician Aleyx took time to explain the procedure and possible additional work that might have to be done. He cleared the drain quickly and was good to work with. I have already recommended this service to fiends who might need plumbing services in the future.

Owner very pleasant and hlepful but over all service lacking on follow through and attention to detail. We had a code issue with the lines under our kitchen sink. Also the disposal needed replaced. This was done end them we notived that the dishwasher wouldn't drain. When they came back out it was found that the replacemetn line had a cap on it that was supposed to be removed and that was not done. Also we needed the trim kit/faucet replaced in our shower. The young man that replaced it did not install in properly and also dmaged the faucet handle itself. We called and they came out to look. Since this is a handle that is no longer used often i was told it would have to be ordered and they would return to fix it. No mention of the possible leak into the wall and that was not inspected. It has now been a few months and we have yet to hear anything about the replacement handle or inspecting the wall behind it for leaks. I contacted them one time and was told they are having a hard time finding the replacement. Another issue is that they have been to my house 4 or 5 times and it is always a different person. I would think for consistency the same person would be involved. We did ask that the employee who damaged the handle and didn't install it correctly not come back. At the beginning we thought this would be a good experience but it is not turning out that way.

It went very well. Out of 5 plumbers contacted either by phone or through Angie's List "request for estimate" form on a Friday afternoon, DoneRite was the only one to respond and did so the next day (Saturday). They contacted me via email and set up a rather broad time frame for coming on Tuesday. Tyler called and showed up at the beginning of the time frame, gave an estimate and was ready to go to work when I accepted it. He worked hard for over an hour to replace the old parts with new (which he had with him) and answered all my questions regarding how to turn off the house's water supply (more complicated than I realized).

Prompt, courteous, and they did a great job of clean up before they left. Not the cheapest or the most expensive but we felt we got good value for services. Would definitely recommend them and would hire again.

If you are looking for a plumber/plumbing company in the Salem area who are timely, return your phone calls, communicate effectively, are available in a reasonable time frame and are willing to get dirty and work, then Donerite is the company I would recommend. I would highly recommend Brad.

It was just fine. I forgot to remind him about my Angies List discount though and I dont think I got it. Oh well, maybe next time when he replaces my hot water heater which is much more costly reair. But the plumber could not have bern nicer or more efficient. His name was James or maybe Jim.

The operator was attentive and kind. She fit us into their schedule and Joe, the plumber, arrived on the same day. Outstanding experience from start to finish! Joe arrived and introduced himself, listened carefully to the issue and made sure that all of our needs were met. He replaced the disposal with a smaller, quieter unit. Great customer service.

Everything went really well. I had a very good feeling after meeting Erin. His bid was inline with a previous one, but his included the toilet and vanity install. His crew was able to start within days. There was a problem with low water pressure when the replumb was complete., but Erin discovered that the city street valve does not have a stop to indicate when the water is all the on, and after a small adjustment the pressure is great! The job went very well and I would definitely recommend Donerite.
