Diana's Cleaning Service

Diana was able to start pretty quickly after our initial walk through and she was able to get our house up to par (I had neglected some areas like baseboards, ceiling fans and blinds and doors) and then keep it in that way. She was willing to work around our dog (he likes to lay right where you are working sometimes) and our teenagers clutter. She brought her own supplies and tools, was quick yet very efficient and very trust worthy and honest. I was able to give her our key and alarm codes when we went on vacation and never had fear or doubt that everything would be ok. She is super friendly and very non judgmental about mess and such. Her rates were very fair and when my budget allows it again I would gladly hire her back.

Diana is truly amazing. I can't tell you how nice it is to come home after a crazy day/week/month at work and have the house shining from kitchen to bathroom! I also have to say I have never had stair vaccumed so thoroughly! I highly recommend Diana, and thank you Diana!!!

Diana comes every other week and does a wonderful job cleaning floors, surfaces, bathrooms, etc.

Diana's cleaning service is just what I needed and Diana has been cleaning my home since January, 2016. She is professional and respectful of my home and a very friendly person to have in my home. She makes everything look sparkling and I highly recommend her!!

Diana is great. She is always on time and does a great job of cleaning. If I want extra attention given to a specific area it is never a problem. She is friendly and professional. I have used other housecleaners over the years and Diana is top tier. Accidents happen. In the past I have had things broken and the housecleaner never said a word about it. Diana accidently broke a wine glass. I wasn't home. She not only left me a note but also all the pieces of the glass and money to pay for it. In her note she said that if the money she left was not enough to cover the cost of the glass that I should let her know the cost and she would pay the difference. The money she left was more than what I paid for the glass. I recently moved to this house and I am still in the process of making it my own. I had most of the carpet on the first floor removed and replaced with hardwood. What a mess. Diana never complained (the project took much longer than anticipated) and worked around it and still did a great job. I am comfortable leaving my home while Diana is cleaning. She always makes sure the door is locked when she leaves.

Diana does an excellent job. She has cleaned my house for about two years. I am completely happy with her services. She is very thorough and consistent. My house is always clean and welcoming after her cleanings. Diana is responsive, reliable, good at communicating and very nice to be around. I hope that she will continue to clean my house for years to come.

We have had Diana cleaning our house twice a month now for several years. She is friendly, professional, flexible, and so hardworking that she inspires me to do a better job of cleaning myself!

very pleased with the work and the timelness

It was fine but it was much too expensive for me. It was over $500 for one floor which was outside my budget. They did a nice job. I have a 2 story house with a daylight basement. My daughter and a friend are staying there so they were there when they cleaned. I didn't interact with them but my daughter was very satisfied. I didn't have any problems with them. The cleaning was very good. They did a lot of work but it was out of my price range. They did a nice job. They came right on time. They were very professional.

I have just used them once but I will call them again. I am not really that messy but when I get messy I will call them back. I got a small house and they did a onetime cleaning. They are wonderful people. My overall experience with them has been excellent.
