Alan and Dana Burk have been working with me to buy a new home for quite a while. we offered on a home and had it fall apart due to credit issues. even then they worked with us and did not give up on us as not worth their time. they helped us get in touch with people to help us get our credit repaired. they are very professional and worked very hard to find my husband and I the perfect home. they are not just there to get a quick and fast sale. Alan went with us to many homes and picked them apart to make sure we were not going to get a lemon, or have to do a bunch of repairs. they are very knowledgeable on roofs windows, siding and everything that is needed to know to have a home that is well made and wont fall apart in a few years. ie LP siding. they even drove us down to Sweet Home and Corvallis almost daily without an issue (thats a lot of driving). we finally had our credit repaired and found the perfect home and they have been working very hard to make sure we don't get ripped off by the company selling the home to us. if you need a home in Salem Oregon i would so recommend Alan and Dana Burk.
