Overall the service has been very good. Their Service Tech, Jason has went above and beyond as far as making sure our service and equipment is up to date and functioning properly. Their price is OK, and there are other providers with lower cost but I don't know if they could match the customer service level. We rely on our internet connection for our home based business as well as general surfing and gaming. I would like to see increased speeds and they are trying to work with me on that and have increased some but I would like increased speeds and although it is a bit faster (3 meg download about 1 meg upload) I would like to see at least double that in the near future. There are other providers promising higher speeds but they don't seem to reply to emails or phone calls.
If you live in a rural area where you are unable to get broadband service from cable or telephone company you should strongly consider them. It does require you being able to see their tower on Prospect Hill in South Salem but I know they have some service locations in the works or working in other areas too. It is FAR cheaper then having satellite broadband who limit speeds if you use and quot;too muchand quot; in a short period of time. If you are a online Gamer the WISP service that CCBB provides has been very good in regards to and quot;pingand quot; times and latency. Not as good as most cable or DSL connections, but again, if you are rural you don't generally have those options.
I continue to use their service and plan to in the future as well. I've considered trying other providers (for the increased speed they supposedly offer) but with no response to sales inquiries I'm very hesitant to try them.

Too many internet customers were run on the same line.

They are pretty good. I have a small business I do from home and I am way out of the country. There is hardly any broadband service here and they are comparatively better than the other companies.

I couldn't find anyone who could provide internet service to my area as we are in a very small area. They are the only company that I could find who did provide internet to my area. We have no problems with the reception. If ever there is an outage, I call and someone comes out immediately to help.
