Matt did a great job. Worked very efficiently and got all nine locks re-keyed within an hour. A friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and professional young man. I was also glad to see that the bill for everything was actually lower than I expected.

It was taken care of in a timely fashion. He even went back to the shop to get a part he needed and returned in a short amount of time.

All fixed!

Called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When the tech came, he was very friendly, knowledgable, and fast. He quickly changed all 7 of my home locks and made several duplicates at a total cost of $115. I would highly recommend Clyde's.

He was very professional and quick. The house had just had a bunch of workers going through it and I wanted it to be safe in case someone made a copy of the key. Told me the exterior gates had been given the wrong kind of locks for that purpose and thus we'd need a major change. He was okay when I asked if that could wait as we were spending alot with necessary stuff already. Nice guy.

The thumb latch had fallen out making entry through our front door impossible. They disassembled, found the necessary parts still inside the lock and re-assembled. Works great - Fast and friendly service.

This was a mess of miscommunication. Over the phone, I ordered all new locks for our house. Big mistake. I gave inadequate/incorrect descriptions. Clyde's representative did not ask clarifying questions; and not speaking "lockese," I did not understand what I was being asked. The final work was excellent but the locksmith had to make multiple trips both because of my incorrect information and the locksmith's forgetting to bring the parts with him, etc. The locksmith's lack of professionalism showed in several ways: Arriving in a van from a different company. Struggling to carry all of the locks in his arms instead of carrying them in a work basket. Not taking notes about changes that needed to be made and instead apparently relying (incorrectly) on his memory. In addition, I had to call several times to follow up. Again, I had equal responsibility for the initial mess as I gave wrong info about our locks, including the color and type. Each side made assumptions that turned out to be incorrect. I offered to pay any restocking fees but Clyde's did not charge us for those; it also charged for only one trip despite the three or four that the locksmith made.

The technician was punctual and
called me to say he would he a little late. He rekeyed my lock in no time and put a new lock on my other door. He was conscientious and efficient. Thank you for this great service!

Called for appointment and was able to get one for the next day. The technician arrived and surveyed the doors to let us know if he could do the requested work the way we wanted. Yes, it was possible. He got right to work and was able to have all the doors done and duplicate keys provided in a very short time. Very polite. Answered all our questions with patience. Very efficient.Will certainly use them again if I need services.

It was difficult to do and they wouldn't give up. They kept trying different things. They persevered until they were done.

They are upfront, courteous and fast. They are proficient at cutting keys and are very helpful with questions. The keys always work and they have a great selection!

We have had them do lock work in the past, they did what they said they would do and did the work when they said they would do it.

Excellent. The technician cut news keys and lubricated the locks. He checked that they all worked and recommended a lubricant to use every 6 months.

One door (in a shed) was particularly difficult and instead of letting us know the new knob and door jamb were not well suited, he just left it. The result was the door stuck and we had to crawl through a window (luckily left open) to open the door. My sweet brother in law fixed the problem and all other work was fine. I would recommend them but would suggest they train their workers to be up front when having difficulties, would rather have been told they couldn't do it correctly then have had to crawl through the window.

I needed to duplicate keys that apparently required a blank not stocked by Walmart, Lowe's, etc. I chose Clyde's as they are conveniently (for me) located downtown. On my first visit I was initially ignored by staff in the back. After waiting for about 5 minutes, another staff person drove up, came in and immediately helped me. Unfortunately, the keys didn't work when I tested them. I went back to Clyde's a few days later and was helped immediately by a different staff person who was able to identify the problem and remake keys that worked.

Everything was excellent except the serviceman installed a new knob with lock on a tool shed and didn't use long enough screws on the latch plate on the door so it came loose and jammed the door, after struggling for several minutes and bending the plate we were able to get the door open and replace the screws with a more appropriate length. The quality is in the details and he should have known the screws would not hold. But with that said I would definitely recommend them. The work was done quickly and I thought the price was appropriate.

We were very happy with the service and price of service call seemed very reasonable. Total cost was $70.
