Chadwick's Concrete

DO NOT HIRE Chadwick's Concrete. This company is a total disaster. I was paying for this contractor to repair my sidewalk; They failed to obtain a permit and had no real plan for the work to be performed, which has now caused more headaches with the city. Worse, they cut, damaged, and completely removed the drainage pipe that was supposed to remain in place. As a result, my property no longer drains properly to the street as it was originally designed to when my house was built. This has caused water issues that didn't exist before the work was done and the concrete's integrity is compromised because of it. Poor planning, poor execution, and a complete disregard for the drainage system on my property. Don't hire these guys unless you want to pay another contractor to clean up their shotty work.

These guys are easy to talk to and they do the job right. You can't go wrong with a family-owned business who values their reputation.

Team did great and were flexible with payment and work time. They started timely and kept up the work till it was done.

Ken Chadwick responded to my inquiry to repair sidewalk and followed through with an estimate and timeline to complete repairs needed in a very timely manner. I would recommend his company if you want someone who follows through and gets the job done for the quoted price. His workers were friendly and professional.

Our new driveway has 2 cracks in it within 2 weeks. They installed it when it was around 100 degrees. They also sprayed on something so it would cure slower from my understanding. The results are light streaks on the entire surface. I called and talked to Kens son and told him we tried to remove a small area of it with water and a broom and he said no that would not work, that they have a special chemical to use. Ken looked at it and said it was nothing they did, that we put something on it that caused it. I told him what his son said. He later sent an email that he would clean it. He did and it did not come off. He also said that in looking at it that we used a pressure washer on it and it removed some of the broom finish. He now says he would repair the one section where one of the cracks are, as he says, over the allowed dimension, but will not guaranty it will match. There are also broom texture issues with the patio, and chipping off some of the corners in the walkways areas, and another crack in front of the step.

They were on time, polite and did a great and efficient job.

Matched my existing sidewalk perfectly

We replaced an old brick walkway in our yard that had become sunken and uneven. Ken and his crew put in a new concrete walkway with a very nice Italian stamp pattern, and it looks great. Ken and his crew were very personable, and did a nice job protecting the lawn that they had to work across. The only minor ding might be a little difficulty with communication, although this may have been due to a bad email address at first. Once we finally got on the same page, and were able to get things scheduled, the job went quickly. We are quite pleased with the result.

We got a 10x10' slab poured for a chicken run home. They came out and did the work quickly and efficiently. I wish one of the corners had been built up a bit more... I'm thinking that corner will probably crack off sooner than later, but I'm hoping that if we keep weight off that area, it'll stay for awhile. But it was the right price for the job needed, so I appreciate that.

They did a good job and were very nice people. I didnâ t rate 5 because some of the joints in the new concrete were not clean (muddled up) and they said they would bring me some round rock to fill in an area but never did.

I hired Ken Chadwick Concrete to build a 45 in. x 3 in. walkway in my backyard. The crew showed up on time and had to hand excavate very rocky, muddy ground. They were thorough and finished on schedule. I could not be happier with the effort and end result. I highly recommend Chadwicks Concrete.

Did an excellent job on our walkway in a historic district. Kenneth and crew were able to be innovative in meeting goals of the project. Easy to work with also.

Chad did not do well to measure the x on the floor and caused us to struggle to build. 16 by 20 is not right. one side is less than 20 and other is two inches off. Poorly job. I do not recommend about this company. The Truss guy said it was not good to measure. We struggled to put the trusess on the walls, Way off
