I thought the price was pretty reasonable. I had no problem with the price. He was very straight forward with me. He's was honest. He worked hard all day. When he left I had a working sprinkler system. I was quite happy with him. I don't have any complaints about them.

They came out the day after I called and were right on time. They fixed the pipe and sprinkler head that were broken. I also asked them to test out the system and make sure everything was working correctly. They noticed a problem and suggested changing out some heads to fix it. It works much better now!
I was really impressed by their professionalism, competence and reasonable price. I will definitely use them again!

My husband and I have used Cascade Landscape's services several times, for both landscaping and design, and have always been very happy with the company and the work done. They are truly skilled and professional. The office is supportive and the owner always kind and helpful, beyond expectation. We are completely satisfied with this company and will continue to use their services in the future.

I called to make an appointment. The minimum cost was made clear before setting the appointment. I was called prior to the appointment as a reminder.
The morning of the appointment. The rep. was at least 20 minutes early. He was polite and very professional. He found my shut off quickly and took the time to answer my questions about the design of my system.
When it is time to replace this system I am sure that Cascade will be my choice.
Thanks for the great customer service.

They are average, but way too expensive. They don't really do exactly what we want. If I can find someone else in the future I won't use them.

We will use Cascade for other yard projects based on our experience.
In getting our house ready for sale we want better curb appeal, so were looking for professional help in re-landscaping the front of our house.
We used Angies list to evaluate landscapers - a thin category on the list. We liked the looks of Cascade -- lowest price does not always reflect best work. As it turned out we thought the final price was very satisfactory to our check book.
We worked with Nancy Pierce as the architect and job boss. She was prompt from beginning to end.
On her first visit she listened carefully to what we wanted -- goal of the project, cost limits, concerns for the look we wanted.
She was totally on board with salvaging plants we already had that we thought worth keeping. She laid out the company's policies and pricing. She then went outside, measured and took photos of the existing landscape. She told us how long it would take and we planned a draft return visit. When we had to reschedule her turnaround time to meet our needs was short.
Cascade is totally open to the property owner participating in the work as much as the owner pleases. We saved hundreds of dollars by clearing the existing plantings ourselves and ordering and spreading our own bark when the plants were in.
She came back with a plan -- one large sheet in color and two smaller band w so each of us had one in front of us. The plants were color coded by size (1 gal, 5 gal, etc.) Our goals included year-round color, interesting shapes and structure, and, of course, enhancement of the property. She explained the rationale behind each plant -- how each met our goals and fit into the overall plan. She offered alternatives to what she had selected and substituted the few we didn't care for in the original plan.
She was back within a few days with the finalized plan for us to approve. The work day was scheduled and then rescheduled due to weather.
On installation day Nancy came out with Victor, the installer. As the plants were put in place she compared them with the plan and explained again how each performed. Nancy left Victor to do the planting. He was quick and professional and fun to work with. He left the work area spotless.
Within two days Nancy called us to make sure that the work was done to our satisfaction and that the place was left clean. She also checked to be sure that what we got was what we expected and checked our level of satisfaction with the now installed plan.
I've worked with landscape architects in the past. I expect the landscaper to know varieties of plants, the heights and colors and bloom times, and how new plantings are to be spaced to grow together. I expect a landscaper to have an artistic eye for how a landscape plan will beautify a house beyond my limited artistic ability. Nancy did a first class job in all of these areas.

I spent several thousand dollars. Overall, the job went very well. They were nice to work with. They responded to my call immediately. I called two different companies and I never heard back from one of them but Cascade called me right back. They were willing to come right out and talk to me about what I wanted. They were completely open to my having input in the design. They were on time and clean. I thought that they were fair priced. I would absolutely use them again.

They have done pretty well. They were real nice and very professional. They treat their workers well. They don't work 14-hour days or anything. They get here in the morning and leave at an appropriate time. They are polite and work hard. They were willing to work with me with changes in plans. They were great. Nancy is my favorite landscaper over there. They did a lot of work. They found an old oil tank underground so we have to get that decommissioned before they can lay the patio. The price was about average. I had some other estimates but they listened more and heard what I was saying. They were the only people that came out and measured and took pictures. They were pretty responsive when I had questions. They were quite professional.

Their work is dynamite - I am very impressed with their work. Greg Rands who runs the business is very easy to work with and is real low-key. He is willing to come out and work directly with me in terms of not only getting a bid but in also giving a lot of ideas. I had a couple of projects that he wound up not doing the work on, but he still gave me a lot of ideas. I was really happy with the amount of time that he put in working with me to formulate ideas and make sure that what I did was good for my yard. He is very good about following up. I worked extensively with him on email when we were doing some of the bigger projects. He would come out to my house and initially look at what we were doing, and then he would go back to the person in the office who does the landscape design, and then he would shoot me a couple of emails with some ideas, and I would get back to him, and so on. He is very prompt on replies. I have had them do routine monthly landscaping, and that was probably about $100 every time they came out, which was twice a month - so that was $200 a month. They also did a couple of bigger projects for me, probably in the range of $300-400 per project. I think they are a little more expensive than some of the others in town and that is probably because they are good. I would use them again in the future.
