Glass and Mirror Service
I received bids from several companies, and Capital City was by far the cheapest & had the best availability. (I don't know if that means they have fewer customers? But I had a broken window and I needed it fixed ASAP!) After calling them back a bunch of times for scheduling changes and to answer all my questions (I have a historic home & am picky about the work that's done to it!), they were very helpful & friendly on the phone. We agreed the repairman would arrive at 3 p.m. the next day to replace at least one window pane- two if he could finish before his shift ends at 5. The next day, he showed up at 10 a.m.! I asked him to come back at 3, because I had an appointment at 11:30. He said it was either NOW or next week. So, I gave in & let him do the work. I was very annoyed & thought it was terrible customer service. BUT... He worked fast & did a great job, and I made it to the appointment on time. It was a happy ending.
