Started in downtown Independence. Oldest appliance business in the valley. Family run since 1946. Started as a service center and developed into sales and service combined.

They stand behind their product and they are prompt. They take great care of their customers. We are really satisfied. I feel like when we call them up we will get help right away.

I liked the fact that they would repair your appliance if something were to go wrong with it. The other box store that I looked into didn't guarantee any repair service. They said they would be there at 2:00 for the installation and they were there right at 2:00. I plan on buying a stove from them soon too.
