Randy was professional throughout, easy to work with, listened to what we needed and then made sure we were happy with what he came up with. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and plan on hiring Randy again in the near future. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and colleagues alike.

I can not say enough positives about Randy/Berger Construction!!!  He was professional, clear in his communication, and delivered an extremely high quality product for a fair and reasonable price.  He and one other person built our workshop/shed over the course of 2-3 days.  They showed up when they said they would each day, kept the work site clean and tidy (I didn't even ask him to do this, but appreciated it all the same!) and checked in with me to make sure everything was to my liking.  I am very picky (my father was a carpenter so my standards are very high).  I will not hesitate to hire Randy for my next project.

Very well built custom size shed.    Much nicer than the cookie cutter sheds you see at home depot.

Just had a shed built by Berger Construction and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. Randy was very professional the entire time and very pleasant to work with. The shed was scheduled to be an 8 x 16 storage shed and a few weeks before construction began I changed it to a 10 x 16 sewing studio. Randy was great about making suggestions that would make the sewing studio more comfortable once I started to use it. Construction only took two days and now it looks like someone set a little house in my back yard. The shed is very sturdy and they cleaned up everything before they left. I will definitely use Berger Construction again.

Upon deciding to have a shed put in my backyard for storage I did my homework searching and comparing my available options. I normally do not buy on price alone rather value, and quot;apples to applesand quot; if you will. I was and continue to be exponentially impressed with the overall quality and value found in the structure Berger Construction built for me. Quite simply, I feel that I received a far better product while paying less than I would have anywhere else. Randy was prompt in response and handled the entire project like a pro! He says what he will do and then does what he said. I'm quick to tell neighbors, friends and family exactly who built my new shed and describe my expectations as being exceeded. I'm confidant if only a fraction of consumers in the market to have a shed or out-building constructed knew what I did about Randy and Berger Construction the decision would be an easy one and Berger Construction would have more work than they knew what to do with. Thank you Randy and Berger Construction for a superior product, value and service!

One was pretty expensive, it was 1,800 sq. ft. which cost $6,000 or $7,000. He did an excellent job. I could not recommend him more highly. Very responsible, very high quality work. He gave us a very reasonable quote and he stuck to it. He was very conscientious about all his work, it was very high quality. He was good at returning calls and communicating his schedule. He was punctual. He was just a pleasure to work with, he is a rare contractor.

I was searching craigslist for something and just happened across Berger Construction's ad for custom built garden sheds. I needed a new shed and was considering just getting a tuff shed or a DIY kit that you build yourself. The examples and pricing listed seemed pretty reasonable so I thought I would check it out before purchasing something else.
I am so glad I did. I emailed Randy requesting more information and a bid for a shed comparable to the kit we were considering purchasing. Randy emailed me back within about a day or two with a bid and more information about his construction practices and the pros of having a custom built shed rather than a kit. I decided to have Randy come out and take a look at our site and talk about options for the shed. He came out that Saturday and talked to us about options and I also had him bid on repairing our deck that needs a new staircase and some dry-rot repair. We haven't had the deck work done yet, so this review only relates to the shed.
Randy's prices on the sheds were way cheaper than a tuff-shed, with better features, and only slightly more expensive than a DIY kit that would've required much work and frustration for my husband. He was able to schedule us for the following week. He and one guy put the shed up in one day. They worked fast and didn't stop until it was all done. I'm very pleased with how the shed turned out and the quality and value we received! If you need a shed, I highly recommend getting one from Berger Construction!

I found Berger Construction on another website, but was able to reference them to Angieslist. Randy came up for a quote, very prepared with all the questions, very polite and courteous. We quickly received a quote and decided to have this storage shed built. Randy and his father arrived punctually and well prepared. They worked through a miserable day or pouring rain and got most of the shed built in the one day. They got the shed to the point where it would be alright stayng as-is over night and Randy was able to come back the next morning to finish the remaining steps. They took care to match the woodworking under the overhanging roof on the shed to match our house's woodwork. The shed looks fantastic, is very sturdy, level and just what we were hoping for. Berger Construction is extremely polite, courteous and well prepared for their project. Randy even noticed our fence was loose in the corner and punched a couple of nails in it for us to secure it. Hoping to have Berger Construction replace our deck with patio cover next. A+ company- we are very pleased and highly recommend this local family.

The price was good. He was very friendly and did a nice job. The other deck had rotted and we were afraid to walk on it. I had fallen through it so we decided we better get a new one. The new deck looks beautiful. It is a very large deck. The cleanup was wonderful.
