The connections in the yard sprinkler were not done properly so several of the couplings have separated from the pipe.  They never provided a diagram of the system which makes it very difficult to make repairs.  They planted shade plants in the sun and sun plants in the shade.  The outdoor wiring was done with 110 and not low voltage, it was not done per code or with a permit,  they used regular indoor house wiring underground which failed.
 
The water theme in my yard was done so poorly I just had to pay another company $10,000 to pull it out and replace the entire thing.  Rather than use approved materials for a protective liner under the rubber liner they used pieces of old carpet which was not placed evenly so it not only rotted, but rocks were able to puncture the rubber liner and it leaked in several places.  They never installed a sump for the pump so it clogged all the time and failed prematurely.  The natural filtration system they placed on the bottom of the pond was improperly installed so decaying materials accumulated under the system making the pond smelled like a septic tank.    Before we started having problems with their work they did our lawn maintenance.  When the leaves were cleaned up in the fall they laid off all their employees and seldom showed up to work but they kept sending the bill.  Without a doubt, they are the worst service company  I have ever experienced.

Did not provide an as built for sprinkler system, numerous pipes have separated from because of poor workmanship causing significant water damage. Owner not responsive, would not return calls. He over promises and under delivers.
