AMERISPEC HOME INSPECTION SERVICE

He did a very thorough inspection and gave us all the information we needed to know as far as correcting any problems.  He was there when he told us we would meet him there.  He was there four hours to do the inspection.  Then when he was done, we got this like a book with photos and when he recommended to be corrected and the whole did.

The inspector, Terry, was very professional and timely. He spent about 2 - 3 hours at my home and discussed all of the items he found that were problematic or in need or repair. He took photos and extensive notes. He sent me electronic copies of the photos and his report by email so I would have copies of both. Overall, he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.

I had an excellent experience with them. It is a local company, and the guy is local. He is really nice. He spent 4 hours when in the attic, in the crawlspace, and everything. He really did a very thorough job.

Our home inspector was highly professional. He talked me through the results, pointed out potential problems, suggested routine maintenance, and sent a full report. He also left a notebook for referencing home repair, maintenance schedules, and life expectancy charts for home materials such as siding, gutters, driveway, garage doors, roofing, etc. He found three problems the builder could and did repair, things I never would have noticed, and took plenty of time to discuss my questions. I will use this company again anytime I purchase a home. It was an invaluable service and very positive experience.

Went very well. Terry was recommended by our Realtor and was talkative, which was great. He tends to run 10-15 minutes late, but it was not a problem for us and we were warned in advance. His inspection covered inside and out, top to bottom, and was methodical. He took notes as he went and also educated us at the same time. He was open to questions. Inspection took about 2 1/2 hours and was well worth it.
