Slow. Many delays on Roy's part. Many excuses why he didn't show up to work. Initial time estimate was 1 - 2 weeks. He started in June of 2006 and it didn't get finished until the beginning of October 2006. We had water leaking inside house at kitchen nook in December of 2006. Called for Roy to come and fix it. He came and applied tar wet patch and said would return when weather is dryer to correct the problem. He did not return until called many times. Finally, he came out and only looked at the patch job he did the previous winter and painted over it. He caulked the woodwork inside the house that was damaged by the leak. He then promised to return to repaint the white wood inside but failed to do so. The next winter, December 2007, the same problem occurred with leaking water inside the kitchen nook above the sliding door. Roy Freeman didn't provide a solution, only attitude. Attorney suggests we have repair done by a company and sue Roy Freeman and American Built contractors.
