+ -1 moreUnprofessional and incompetent in the extreme. I heartily discourage anyone from using this service. I confirmed a Friday appointment the night prior, as well as the morning of, and followed up with a voice mail when he no-showed. No response until hours later, when I was told I'd have to wait until Monday ... without heat. Did I mention the ice storm coming in this weekend? Run don't walk to another service!
Description of Work: My heater stopped working during a cold snap and will a fresh ice storm heading this week tomorrow.
