Prompt and courteous service; my carpet looks great; very professional; Shawn did an excellent job for us.

Very professional and quality work at a reasonable price. The job took a little longer to complete. Will use this company again. They guaranty their work and would come back if we noticed any spots in the future.

They arrived about an hour later than expected because of some problems on the previous job but I don't hold that against them. They had some problems with their equipment but were able to get it repaired and finish the job. They managed to get some spots that I'd been trying to clean for a couple of years cleaned up. All in all they met my expectations well.

They did a great job. They were very attentive and removed the stains. I would higher them again. When I recommended them, my boss eventually hired them. Overall, they did an excellent job.

They did an excellent job. We have 3 dogs and a somewhat incontinet elderly cat. The carpet had not been thoroughly cleaned in almost a year so they were looking rather shabby. They moved the chairs and tables as needed to get to every part of rhe carpet the animals could have gotten to. They got to all the edges, corners and cubby holes where they were any messes. I am very impressed with the job they did and intend to use them again on our next cleaning.

I was warned they do not move furniture like one service I used did so I cleared out lots of things and also rearranged a few things. Basically they were tied for the cheapest I have used in the fifteen years and tied for the best. Best and cheapest is a great combination.

We have had Abbey clean our carpets for approximately 5-8 years. Prior to that we used another company whose owner we were close personal friends with and used them for over 20 years on our older carpet. We now have a light to medium-gray carpet (we've had for about 10 years), two boxer dogs and live in the country, so there's lots of activity and dirt on the carpet. They've cleaned my micro-fiber sofa and club chair that makes it look brand new. My dogs have a habit of rubbing along the edges and they have removed their body oils each time, as well as the spots from accidents on the carpet from the dogs when they've been ill and their favorite places to lay that have oil buildup.
Professionalism is top notch with this company. They always arrive on time and are very friendly, visiting and sharing like old friends! They are also caring of my belongings/furniture and respectful of my home. Once the carpet is vacuumed, they put on booties for the cleaning and rest of the process, because at that point, they don't have to go outside anymore. I've always had most of the room contents removed, but don't move the sofa/chair. That is no problem for them. On problem spots, they take extra care and I have one place that always wicks back up. They've come out periodically to treat that area again, if I ask them to (I don't always ask, depending upon the time of the year ~ our rainy time always makes the carpets messier than usual, especially with the dogs, so I just wait until the next cleaning to take care of anything that has wicked) without additional charge.
The price has always been reasonable that started with just the living room at around $100 and I believe the last time this last spring was around $160 that included the sofa/chair. They use good equipment leaving nothing behind and the carpets are reasonably dry. We do stay off of them as much as possible until they are thoroughly dry. If you can have them clean in the morning and you can be gone most of the day, by the time you come back home, they will be dry.
When they are done, the carpet looks new again, as well as the furniture. I do not hesitate to recommend Abby Carpet Care to anyone wanting friendly, thorough and professional service.

We have used Abbey Carpet Care for about 8 years now, and recommended them to our family and they have also used their services. We have our carpets cleaned by Abbey once a year, twice if we have alot of traffic through the summer. They have also done an excellent job of cleaning our sofa and chair in the living room. We are very pleased with their service, and commitment to doing the very best and not leaving till you are a happy customer. I especially appreciate their honesty and lets put it this way, I have no problem with them cleaning my carpets if I am not able to be there. They come in and get the job done, I leave them their check, and I come home to beautiful clean carpets! I am making the point that I trust them, I've been a customer of theirs for many years and they are good to us! I would never hesitate to recommend them!

They were pretty knowledgeable in what they were doing. I have been using them for quite a few years. My husband knew the owner and I am not sure where the main office is, but the owner is Shawn Abbey. The pricing is fair.
