When I did business with this provider they were called AAA Pest Exterminators Inc., same address and phone number, with additional phone numbers for Woodburn, Dallas, and Albany. If the company has changed hands, my experience may not be yours. A bee hive had been building inside my house frame for some time; I thought actual partial disassembly would be required. Instead, the technician, Ed Pacheco, very capable and civil, drilled a few holes I can't even see, sprayed, and killed the colony. I did not call around for comparative prices. I would use this exterminator again, any time.

He came out on Friday Oct 19, 2012 for the first time. That was $175.50
with the senior discount (otherwise $195). He had to go under the house to
check and determined that it was mice or rats. He left 14 bait packs under
there.
Follow-up on Nov 12, 2012 He went under the house again and there were
only 4 bait packs left, so he left another one which left a total of 5 under the
house.
Another follow-up on Dec 12, 2012 and when he went under the house all 5
bait packs were still there. So that was the last visit. He checked around the
house for openings that might allow other pests to get under the house.
Each of the follow-ups cost $65.00 The decision to have them come back was
up to me (there wasn't any pressure to have those done.
The man that came to the house was super nice and explained everything before
doing any work - would definitely use them again!
