I frequently use this company he's like a friend to me. Very fair, very polite, very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him (my children and my church already use him).

Eric came to clean the year-old carpet in my baby's room after our older son's puppy had an accident (both urine and messy feces - blech!) in there at Christmas. We did what we could, but the scent was still evident, so we called in a professional.
Eric used a non-toxic but very effective spot treatment on the mess areas, and then did a thorough cleaning with another non-toxic, mineral-based cleaner. He was quick and the carpet turned out great. Also, I love not having to be worried about chemical exposure for my little one. Eric will usually use good chemical cleaning agents, I just wanted to avoid them in the baby's room.
I know others who have used Eric's company and been very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend A-Rems and will use them again. Just FYI, the company recently underwent a name change to A Clean Choice Carpet Cleaning - same owner and great quality work.
