5 STAR FLOORS

Tim and Theresa were friendly, prompt, and professional. We asked for some custom touches and they were very excited to get to try some artistic finishes. They did the remodel of our existing floors and then came back after our addition and tied the new floors in. The quality of the work was exceptional.

5 Star Floors was selected from eight contractors in July 2007. When I called for an estimate, they measured my floors for a bid the next day. They performed a stellar job with the hard wood floor installation. There was no subcontracting as other contractors said they would need for specialty work. 5 Star Floors could not acquire the material I originally selected from one manufacturer and still meet my time schedule. Instead, 5 Star Floors found a better quality wood floor that cost less and installed it within schedule. Flooring materials were purchased and delivered at cost. I was so impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work rendered that I have pending arrangements with 5 Star Floors to perform a second job next year. In the interim, 5 Star Floors will be searching for materials for me to purchase at the best seasonal adjusted price.
