I had used them a couple of times. They did not fix the problem on a washing machine. The washing machine is still doing what it was, just not as often. My refrigerator has been making a loud noise ever since. They did $600 worth of damage to my hardwood floor pulling out my refrigerator. They were sloppy and do not fix things correctly. I would not use them again.

We have used Stan's for various reasons, from buying appliances to repairs. When our oven went out in our gas range, we of course called Stan's and they came out and replaced the igniter. After the visit I decided to clean the oven. When I tried to replace the over door the hinge spring came off inside the framework of the stove allowing the door to drop when it was opened. So again we called Stan's! They are a great company, friendly, prompt and professional.
