Concrete Repair
Contacted provider to excavate 6 Juniper stumps. Operator came out to inspect and asked that I have a utility survey done to have lines marked. All the companies came out and marked utility lines. Called operator back twice and owner once and neither even returned my call. If they didn't want to do the job or decided not worth the trouble, at least call me back. I don't know what changed their mind.
