We are very happy with Karl. We live in a small town thirty miles from the city and finding someone out here is difficult. People act like we're on the other end of the state. Karl is also a local resident and lives very close. Karl is doing a fabulous job and we will be hiring him to finish our home, i.e. repairs on house, paining house and garage for the budget we've set.

The job is not yet complete, but I am very happy with the progress so far. Karl is a very skilled professional, reliable, conscientious.
