FOUR SEASONS TREE CARE

He came over on an estimate for pest control. He then told me that my trees needed injections and I assumed that was the to take care of the insects, so he did the injections. A year later he called me for the second injections. I didn't know they needed a second injection, but since he advised it, I hired him for the services again. Six to seven months after the second injection, one of the trees died. I called him and he told me that tree had not been injected which I knew was not true. I paid for all three trees to be injected. I had the cancelled check to prove it and I asked him of his guarantee that the injections would work. His response was that he would pay for the injection of one tree and send me a check for $75. He never sent the check so I followed up with him. When we spoke again, he said he was not sending the check and that he would not provide services for me again.
