Shawn and his crew did a masterful job creating this en suite bedroom while upgrading the existing bath. His bid was responsive and thorough, he communicated with us regularly throughout the project, and completed on schedule despite a week-long snow & ice delay.

Have used Shawn for two different projects in two years. Both were completed to our specifications and done extremely well. The installation of the living room ceiling fan required building a new box over the beam that goes the entire length of the room.  It perfectly matched the existing beam and one cannot tell it was not original to the house.  Would definitely use All Phase in the future for any remodeling or handyman needs.

We are happy with them and we have used their services many times. We worked with them for 9 months. There are just a couple of small things to be done. They got the flooring for us. They can do a lot of different things and that?s the most impressive part. Shawn is the guy who runs the company and he himself is capable of doing a lot of stuff either with or without staff. We had an opening in a wall and he had to do many things with that. He did all of that himself. He had to put a new header beam. The range of skills that he possesses is pretty good. He has the skills of a handyman but he runs the operation pretty nicely. He brought in two guys when we had the floors replaced and they were absolutely specialists in that kind of flooring material. The entire second floor was made of pre-finished hardwood flooring. We had a half wall on the top of the stairs. He removed the half wall and replaced it with railing system that he had designed. So that completely changed the entire second floor of our house. He not only did the work, but he also designed the entire structure. It?s a complex thing with finished wood. It opens up the entire landing on the top of the stairs. He is pretty creative too. That was the one thing that really stood out. He has a lot of ideas. He was able to make a lot of suggestions of ways to improve the house and we didn?t have to tell him what to do. He did some drywall work too. He patched up an opening where the plumber had done some work. He did some framing for the opening since the wall there had to be completely framed. There was some carpentry work too. It was a mix of both woodworking and unfinished carpentry since he had to build the entire railing system. He also did all the carpentry work for the landing and the stairway. He just removed the carpets and didn?t do any carpeting work. He repaired our deck as well. He has promised me that he would come back sometime in the next week to install new doors for me. He did some plumbing work too. The pricing was fine. He made the whole house fantastic and he completely changed our house. I have nothing but really positive stuff to say. Our house is just 15 feet wide and it?s one of these tall houses. It was 4 years old when we bought it and nobody had done any kind of work on it. It really changed the feel of this house and made it a much more livable house. It was really successful. It?s a different house now compared to how it was when the work started. He is first class. He has done so much work for us that I couldn?t see any point in going to anybody else to do the work. He now uses the photographs of my upper landing to show to his customers. I can?t recommend him highly enough. I would give him the strongest recommendation possible.

Shawn did a remodel of my fireplace mantel and surround. Every step along the way I was happy with the process. Shawn was very professional and had great ideas about design. The tile setters he had working for him were high quality people as well, the work was perfect! Shawn was involved with every step of the project and the quality of his work was exceptional. I may have been a smaller client, but I was not treated as such. I would definitely hire Shawn and All Phase again.

Considering all of the horror stories we had heard from friends that had done remodels with other contractors, we are extremely pleased, and would definitely recommend All Phase to anyone.

When Shawn came to give me the bid I was sure what I wanted. If I gone with what I thought I wanted I would have ended up with a much smaller closet!! His ideas gave me more than what I imagined I could have and it cost me only a bit more than a much smaller solution. The work in the kitchen and bath is exciting & is on going as I write this. The work he did in the closet was on budget and he kept to the schedule. I had to wait a few weeks to schedule the kitchen and bath since he seems to have a lot of clients but he is worth waiting for. He shows you what it will look like on the computer so you know what the finish product is going to look like and are able to make changes with products and colors. We are changing one wall in the kitchen and no wall in the bath so the overall dollars I listed do cover all my projects but this is a smaller home.
