I was first asked the basic questions, like what kind of oil I would like to use and then they went to work right away. They did all the various safety and regular checks and informed me of what was needed all along the way. I was especially impressed by the fact that they did not engage in any up selling by attempting to get me to go with services that I really did not need. Some further recommended services were listed on the invoice that I can refer to for a later date. Speedy Lube really lives up to their name with fast, friendly and courteous customer service.
