There was a leak in my house and plumber was, after two trips, totaling more than three hours and $318, of looking. Finally advised that he thought it was in the front sprinkling system. That was it. I finally called the City and they walked up to the front door and immediately determined that indeed the leak was in the sprinkling system, right there by the front door, in the on/off valves. I contacted an irrigation specialist and he found the leak immediately and fixed it within a very short time.

STP was Professional when fixing plumbing problems (explained what was wrong and how to fix it). He was able to fix my plumbing issues and kept me updated when he had to order a part on the status of the repair. Very flexible with my schedule about when he could come to repair my plumbing issues. Good sense of humor.
