They were prompt in meeting the appointment I made with Rick. The valve was leaking badly so I'm sure my water bill will be very high, unfortuneately. They were on the job maybe 2 or so hours and the work was completed to my satisfaction.
Next time I need a plumber I'll call Rick Osborn first.
