Plummers Plumbing

The plumber was outstanding. The Office Manager was incompetent. He stated that an above-ground back-flow valve would cost “somewhere around $250.00. (Which I found to be true from my Google searches). He asked for a photo of my existing valve, which I emailed to him. I emailed him again to confirm he received my email, since I heard nothing from him. In my first conversation with him he said he would call the day before the plumber came out. He never called. When the plumber completed his work he called the office to pin down the price of the new valve. The office manager said it was $480.00 +. I called the office and complained. I spoke with the office manager’s boss who offered to take $50.00 off. The experience was not comfortable and strained our finances. Incompetent office manager.

After a recommendation, I called Plummers. They were able to get to my job in two days. It took 2 or so hours as they had to crawl under the house to remove the old flange. They did a fantastic job. Punctual, well mannered, knowledgeable and efficient. The job went better and faster with two guys on the job, and I feel great knowing it was done right.

They arrived as scheduled and provided options on services with his personal recommendation.  The recommendation was actually the most economical vs our original plan to just replace the unit.  Following estimates by other sources, we used Plummers Plumbing.  Pleased with the service.  Would use them again in the future.

They provided a detailed estimate for all the work and installed everything as per that estimate. They did not go over their original estimate even a penny. There were only a couple of change orders on these two buildings and detailed estimates were provided for these changes before any work was started on the change orders. Note, all plumbing change orders were generated my myself, the homeowner. There were no change orders generated by Mr Plummer. They performed all work exactly as ordered and in a very timely manner and with no problems what so ever. I could not be happier with their work. Both Frank and Ed Plummer were very professional and easy to work with. All work was completed exactly as designed by myself. I would highly recommend Plummers Plumbing to anyone and I would only use Plummers Plumbing for any future remodels to my homes.
