One of the walls in the office is covered with positive comment cards from recent years and I can see why. Highly recommended.

This auto repair company (specifically Bob Trout, the owner) was recommended to me by my realtor. She told me that he had been doing full service on her vehicle for around 5 years. She said that he did quality work, was fair, and did not take advantage of women. I found all of these things to be true from first-hand experience. They did a 60-point inspection of my vehicle; tested the battery (it failed), they replaced the battery and cleaned the battery terminals and cable ends; they did A/C performance inspection (checked duct temperatures, compressor operation, checked system pressure and inspected for visible leaks). My vehicle had very little Freon left in it. They evacuated and recharged the A/C system and installed A/C dye into the system. Bob explained everything to me and answered my questions before they proceeded. They also changed the oil. I had made an appointment before taking my vehicle in. When I arrived, I had to fill out a brief form giving my information and reason I had brought the car in, etc. Bob then asked me if I wished to be taken home or elsewhere, or if I would like to wait. I chose to wait. Bob was very informative and thoroughly explained everything to me so that I understood what he was doing and why. In a couple of days I will be taking my other vehicle in to Bob for it's and quot;spring check-upand quot;. I have found my auto repair shop and mechanic and it is a big relief to have someone that you know you can rely on and trust.
