Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They gave me several options to choose from, even saying they would be glad to help us decide what computer to buy if we decided to replace it instead of fixing it. They told us the risks of the same burnout happening again if we decided to just replace the motherboard. They gave us enough facts to help us decide what to do, with no pressure to choose the option that would actually make them some money. Most of all, they were able to jump on our problem immediately, not make us wait 2 weeks for a diagnosis like some other computer repair shops. Thank you, MD Partech!!
