replacement windows
+ -1 moreI did have some problems with them. The guy came in and it was an estimate. He did the estimate and did not consult with the installers. He ordered a whole set of windows, brought in 13 windows and had to send every one of them back because he did not consult with the installers to get better measurements. Then I had a problem with another re-installed window. Would I use them again, no. They could improve everything. Communication between various departments there was lousy. The project director should not have been in that job. He did not coordinate, had poor communication skills and it was an unpleasant experience. The installers came in and they knew what was going on. They said all the guy needed to do was consult with them. The installers were okay, but there was so many mistakes made in that. The contract was signed in the summer and they did not get it done until December. They were so slow and made so many mistakes. I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: I basically had windows installed by Lowe's in Roseburg.

+ -1 moreOur fence is beautiful! The store's representative worked with us to determine what was needed and provided an estimate of the materials and labor. He was fair and polite and told us of sales when possible. The installers were very professional, arrived when promised, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves.

+ -1 moreI used it for only about 2.5 hours total and it burned out the second time I used. I took it to Lowe's to have it replaced and they sent it to a local repair guy who said it was not fixable and the motor was burned out. Lowe's would not do anything about it. I shall not buy anything like that from Lowe's again. They wouldn't back the product up.
