+ -1 moreThey charged us $375 to go into arbitration with our builder, something I thought should have been included in a warranty meant to resolve defects. It is still not resolved to this day.
Description of Work: A warranty was included in our home price which was to cover major defects that arise out of the new build. We had lots of problems with our builder which resulted in mold growing in our carpet and baseboards. They were not terribly helpful in resolving these issues.
