G Willikers Lawn Maintenance

The house I live in was owned by my mother and she used a particular company for years.  The owner sold the business to one of his employees so I signed on with him.  I told him I couldn’t afford his price so we renegotiated a lower price.  That was a good thing.  I needed to have a large bush trimmed and he gave me a good price for it.  I watched him do it and he was very careful about going under the bush and getting all the clippings out plus everything that had been piling up there for years.  I don’t have him do much besides mow because that’s all I can afford.  I pay him piecemeal for other services if I need them.  He employs another person and one person mows behind the other.  It is very well done.  If I wanted to pay more they would also do edging and blowing; I don’t ask them to do that.  What they do do is very good. I am not always here but I have booked him through November because he’s reliable to come and do the mowing whether I am here or not.  I don’t have to check up on him.  I was here last week and I could see how he was doing it and it was fine.  I’m not sure everyone gets the same price but he’s willing to negotiate.  I’m not sure when he comes but he does come on a regular basis like he’s supposed to.  I don’t give A’s very easily but he is a young guy and he’s learning what he’s doing.
