+ -1 moreThis was a down to the studs job. Dave was able to find and correct many existing problems and we are very happy with the result. He was particularly helpful in guiding us through the layout of the kitchen and made it efficient and attractive.

+ -1 moreFor such a major job the inconveniences were expected. We never had to move out. Dave was good about advising us as to things that came up along the way (there will always be something). It's getting through the unexpected that's the mark of a contractor you can trust.
Description of Work: Major remodel in 2 phases. The first phase was bedrooms and baths. We now have a very large walk in closet. The bathroom is beautiful with very well done tile and a heated floor. He built us a deck right off the bedroom with a built in hot tub. The second phase was the kitchen, living room,dining room and parlor. His plan for the kitchen was very efficient. We also replaced the roof and took out 8 skylights as well. This was a MAJOR remodel and all went very well.
