In 2012, after their employees cleaned out my gutters and left my home, I noticed some damage to the siding on the far side of my shop. It appeared that one of them had rammed a ladder against the siding, or something to that effect. I considered calling the company and asking that they send someone out to repair the damage, but decided to paint over the damage myself. Because the application of paint concealed the damage fairly well, I never contacted the company about this mishap. Certainly, it should have been brought to my attention by whomever caused the damage, but it wasn't. In January of this year, I again hired this company to clean out the gutters for my house and shop, and noticed after the employees left that some of the debris that was removed from the gutters ended up splattered on the upper portions of my house (it's a two-story structure). So, now I will need to deal with the mess on my siding, which will be difficult to remove because of the height of my house. Another thing that bothered me was that the two employees arrived a couple of hours before I expected them and I wasn't prepared for them that early. I questioned why they showed up much earlier than I was told and they said something about having finished prior work earlier than they expected to. It would have made sense for someone from this company to have phoned me to ask if it would be convenient for me to have the men arrive early. Another problem I've encountered with this company is that it takes weeks and weeks to get them out after contacting them to arrange an appointment. It seems to me that they don't employ enough people for this work. After having hired them for this work two years in a row and having been disappointed, I have no intention of having them return again for this work.
Description of Work: I hired this company both this year and last year to clean out my rain gutters for both my house and shop.
