Excellent job. Wasn't cheap but I knew it wouldn't be.

These people are very competent and also happen to be very nice! Professional,yet also a sweet bunch of guys.they got us a 1,000 dollar rebate, and very patiently showed us how to use our new system.

Everybody involved was professional and very responsive. It was expensive, but I knew that it would be. They made an appointment within a few days and kept it. There was a minor issue later but they came out immediately and corrected it. We are happy with the overall update.

There was one person who came out to complete the service and I'll say it took about an hour. They're professional.

Replacing a furnace and air conditioner can be a challenge.  We started by going to Consumer Reports to determine which brands we wanted to focus on.  I then contacted the three well-known companies that sell the top brands (Carrier, Lennox and Trane).  A representative from each company came to the house, assessed the home needs, and went over our needs and concerns.  One of our rooms was always cold in the winter and hot in the summer.  The suggestion was to increase the size of the pipe from the main plenum to that room.  Two of the companies e-mailed me their proposals.  One company never responded.
The items we considered when selecting the equipment included: efficiency, reliability, variable-speed system and noise level of equipment along with cost.  Our existing Lennox system was 80% efficient and noisy.  We added 500 sq feet to the house and the Lennox no longer met our needs.   After much thought and consideration we decided to replace our existing
Lennox system with a Trane XC95M furnace, Trane 3 ton XV-18 air conditioner, Trane CleanEffects filtration system and Trane XL-850 Thermostat.
Addcox Heating Center?s comfort consultant, Aaron was a pleasure to work with.  He put together a proposal with three options  all of which met our needs but gave us some additional items to consider.  As with any project things don?t always go as smoothly as you would like.  Aaron didn?t call me with those concerns, he came directly to my house and explained what
was going on, how it was being resolved and when the project would be completed.  I appreciated his professionalism, honesty and personality. 
The removal and installation crew, headed by Erick and included Kip and Brandon, were fun to work with.  Kip and Brandon spend a lot of time in the attic and under the house.  The replaced insulation around pipes, removed junk under the house, installed vent covers in the foundation.  I wanted the location of the air conditioner to be raised ? they were ready and willing to move dirt/bricks and installed a new pad on top of the old one.  I am very happy with how that all looks.  They did a fantastic, clean job of installing all of the equipment.   They were willing to take time and explain to me what was happening and how things worked.  That was a big plus in my book.
When installation of equipment was complete Josh, a Trane certified technician, came out to test the system and insure it met all the factory specifications.  He explained how the new wi-fi thermostat works, went over the operations and cleaning of the CleanEffects filter system. 
A few days later Aaron came out to insure everything was working the way it we wanted it to.  He assisted with downloading software to my iPhone for remote access to the thermostat.  He brought all the required paperwork for the rebates.  Went over any questions or concerns that I might have. 
This was a good experience.  My husband and I are glad this has been completed and would recommend the Addcox team to all.

Addcox Heating center has the BEST tech in the area. I've used many of the ":Major" companies in the area and keep going back to Addcox System was found to be slightly low on freon and was filled. Technician also found loose wires. This in not uncommon in equipment subject to constant variations in temperature and also vibration is also to be considered, even though it may only slight. All register temps were checked, and the batteries in the thermostats. A "tune up includes: Checking the compressors for temps , pressures, voltage and current draw. Fan and motor operating parameters checked, evaporator coil checked, cleaned. Controls were checked and verified for correct operation. I maintain the filters myself.
Like I said, I use  ADDCOX  because if you want a good, consistent operating equipment, you use the best. Also, I find the staff professional, friendly, and ethical and there simply is not enough of this in this area. If you find someone who enjoys what they do, I've found you get better results in the end. I might mention, it has been about 2 years since the system was last serviced, my choice.

I called Addcox Heating for service on my heating system. I got my appointment. Dave arrived on time. Cleaned and checked my furnace inside and my outdoor unit. Nice guy. I would have them come again. Very professional job.

They were good. Their service people were all very good, we were satisfied. We had a couple of manufacturer problems and had to have it replaced. It took a couple of months but I don't blame Addcox, they had to deal with the manufacturer to get it replaced. We are satisfied with the heat pump and with them.
