John was terrific and cleaned out the dryer duct that had lots of lint buildup. In addition he pointed out other problems he noticed and fixed a kink in the system. He is direct and to the point and I appreciated his knowledge and skill. If I want warm and fuzzy, I will buy a teddy bear. If I want skill and ability, John's the man.

His only diagnosis was that the unit didn't work because it didn't have any electricity to it. For that, he charged us $85. He did nothing to the unit....the unit needed maintenance. The unit could have needed other things, but we will need to now hire another business to ACTUALLY diagnose and do a maintenance on the unit. Not fair to charge people $85 to tell them, "there's no electricity to the unit." What a rip off.
