We called one day and John Maloni, the owner, was out mid-day the next day. He tested the heat pump, found some problems, talked to me and proceeded to repair the heat pump. He repaired it quickly and efficiently. Checked all aspects of the heat pump and then came in to tell me what he did. He explained everything and then gave me a very reasonable bill that he gave me more time to pay. Not only does our heat pump work better but is also quieter and our electric bill was 1/2 of the prior one. Thank you John!
