Excellent.....called 1/2 hr before appointment, arrived right on time. Matt was very friendly, but worked quickly. Valve was expertly replaced, and the cost was very reasonable...IMHO. I would call Artoff Plumbing again in a heart beat.

I have called them several times for a variety of work. They are fast, on time, give great advice, and always do a great job with the clean-up. I will call them again. They are simply the best.

Our situation was just one of hundreds reported around the area during our recent winter storm, so I knew immediate service was impossible. I called three area plumbers - Artoff, Accurate Plumbing, and DrainPros -- and was put on their waiting lists. The folks from Artoff called back the next day to set up an appointment. They kept in touch during the day to update me on arrival times - greatly appreciated, since most of the roads were still covered with ice and packed snow. When Matt arrived, he immediately set to work. It was a difficult repair in a very tight, cramped corner of the well house, and the broken pipe was still covered in ice and had to be thawed. It took over two hours, but at the end, water was returned to the house. Matt gave us some tips to keep it from happening again -- and the cost was surprisingly low. Matt was friendly, personable, and professional, and we would certainly use this company again.

The pre-work arrangements were all don by email. We made arrangements for the install, ordered the materials, and did it all on line. Mike was very responsive to our questions on line, and showed us examples of types of sinks and faucets through on line photos. He arrived on time. He did the uninstall of the old sinks and faucets, took them all away, and did the new installation in 3 and 1/4 hours. He and his associate were courteous, quick, and they cleaned up very well. It was great. I will use him again if I ever need a plumber.

I wasn't able to call them until late morning and they said they were booked up all day but would call me back first thing the next morning to arrange a time to come. About 5 minutes later I got a call from the plumber saying that they had a cancellation and he would be at our house shortly. He then called back and said he had been delayed by an emergency and would be here around 3:00. I was not at home when he came but my husband was here. The plumber came at 3:00; he spent about 30 - 45 minutes unblocking the drain. We were pleased with the service and the fact that he kept us informed when he was going to be delayed. If I had been home I would have asked him about the price. He stated on Angie's List that he charged $85/hour. He charged us $95/hour which is a much better price than other plumbers we have had in the past. I'm not sure if he has not updated his policy on Angie's List or if he is now charging new customers the higher rate. In any event we were pleased with his service and will call him the next time we need a plumber.

I thought I needed drain snaking because my bathroom drains kept getting clogged. The bathtub also needed a new stopper part.
I called Artoff plumbing, got a call back the next morning and a person who lived in my area came out that same morning. Matt quickly determined the drain was clear and got rid of the clog problem, fixing the trap at the same time as it leaked. He also had a stopper with him that replaced the broken one in the bathtub. I was charged one hour of labor and the cost of the stopper. Matt was extremely personable and finished the job efficiently.

I can't remember how I found them. Their professionalism and customer service were great. The quality of their service was decent. It was good. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Since Mike was already there he flushed out my old water heater to make it work more efficiently and did not charge me
anything. He was friendly, offered suggestions about how to save money on energy costs and possible programs to get
weatherization information or services at a reduced rate or free. He is amazing. Honest to a fault, friendly, professional, and I would not hesitate to call him for any plumbing service I needed. He's wonderful. I will sing his praises to anyone needing work done.

Mike is an excellent plumber. He is always punctual and cheerful. We call him for all our plumbing needs, from eliminating drain obstructions to installing new fixtures. He gets the job done.
