We found a house in Scottsberg and we called Julie, the realtor that had the listing . She couldn't be bothered to show us the house when we were up on a trip about 140 miles from home. We called the realtor we'd already been in contact with in Eugene who worked for Remax, Bo Volstat. (Five stars for Bo Volstat) He was awesome! Because Julie couldn't be bothered to show the house... all I can say about her is that every which way she could she was harassing the tenants and interfering with anything having to do with the sale. The tenants would let us know what she was doing because we gave her the number just in case she needed to get a hold of us. Julie was telling her that the house was disgustingly dirty but it was in fine condition obviously because we wanted to buy it. It needed a little cleaning of course because it was a rental but not bad at all. She was absolutely the worst real estate contact I've ever met. She was just totally off of her rocker. Towards the end of the house closing, the money had already been deposited in the title company, she called trying to keep the sale from going through. Why call and rant to the tenant? She contacted us twice by phone and once by email which is completely against the rules of realty. You contact the seller through the buyer's agent only. She had no business contacting us but she did. I recommend that she goes to kindergarten at real estate school and cleans up her act. All through the process she would drag her wazzoo. She should also apologize to the former tenant for harassing her and everyone else who was involved.
Description of Work: **Attention owner at Dune Realty** I want you to see this. Julie was the real estate agent for the other side of the deal. The owner was supposed to meet with us on September 1st. We came up a day early and got a hotel, found out that he'd already been there and blew off the appointment and didn't bother to let us know. This cost us gas, food, and hotel. There was no apology.
