Jason had been recommended by a friend, and proved to be very knowledgeable and very concerned about solving our problems in the most cost effective manner. We called him out because our AC has stopped working, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He also noticed the humidification system that had been installed, (which had never worked despite our having the original installer back out on four separate occasions), and mentioned that it was not set up properly. He repaired all of the shoddy workmanship and reinstalled it properly for a fraction of the original cost to install it. The only problem occurred when he had used the 20amp outlet from our deep freeze when installing the new heat pump. He neglected to plug the deep freeze back in, and we didn't discover it until days later. However, he was very embarrassed and apologetic, and insisted on deducting the amount of the food replacement cost from his bill. After poor experiences with numerous other heat & cooling companies, I can say that dealing with Jason is a pleasure, and I would never use anyone else for this type of service.
