When the microwave hinge broke so also did Lowe's assistance. We have been in the process of replacing the broken microwave for over a month now. The level of care and concern we experienced when buying the product has dissolved into a rude, dishonest, unprofessional exchange which is now in its second month. Frigidaire approved the warranty in February and it is now April, still I have no microwave installed. We have been told to chose another device as they can't replace ours, been delivered an obviously dropped, broken microwave, refused to deliver a microwave. Finally I removed our microwave and went to the store and waited over an hour for them to figure themselves out. The lack of communication on all levels is epic, not only do they lack the skills to communicate to their customers it is obvious they lack the capacity to communicate with each other. I blame myself to a large degree for going here in the first place I did save money in the short run but the cost to my time and sensibility is not worth the savings. I can not tell you what to do, if there had been no warranty problems we would be fine, but I can tell you if you have a warranty issue there will be problems. Yesterday we closed our Lowe's accounts and will only return for a bag of nails, if ever, I only hope they have the capacity to sell nails clearly they lack the professionalism to sell big ticket items.

I am very happy installation. They were good and very efficent. Also, they were very prompt and did a very good job with cleaning up.

I was able to speak with multiple associates during my visit because multiple associates asked me if I needed help finding anything. Although they did not have all of what I needed for my different projects (they did not carry an unusual and very product-specific leg for a dresser) they tried to offer suggestions and showed me alternatives so that I might finish my project with something different. I left with most of what I came for as well as ideas to ponder to finish my project. I appreciated that when an employee saw me they asked me if I needed help.
