I highly, highly recommend Sam and Leading Edge. He was on budget, on time, and exceeded our expectations on quality and craftsmanship. He was also a great communicator throughout. He installed a sliding door and beautiful Trex deck, giving us more livable space and completely transforming how we’re using our side yard. There were complexities for our deck wrapping some natural rocks and the end result was far better than we could have imagined. The sliding door didn’t previously exist and he matched the interior and exterior trim seamlessly, and came up with a perfect flooring transition. It looks so natural. Above all, this project gave us huge trust in Sam and he’s the first person we’ll call for future construction projects in Bend.
