A large number of workers performed the work and did not seem to communicate.  There was minimal supervision by the contractor himself.  When we were assured that the work was completed, interior painting revealed numerous problems including visible seams, incomplete texturing and open seams at wall/ceiling intersections.  A variety of workers did the repair work which was again unsatisfactory with numerous seams with visible mesh patching, extensive bubbling of the texture material.  A different contractor was hired to do final repairs resulting in a satisfactory outcome.   This contractor filed a small claims court action to recover full payment for labor provided knowing we had spent an equal amount to mitigate his unsatisfactory work.
