Throughout the process, Dr. Rachel was informative, professional and empathetic. When additional diagnostics were needed, she didn't hesitate to refer us on to a university vet clinic. When the University Clinic received her records, they were impressed with her documentation detail and organization. It save us the expense of running un-needed further testing that Dr. Rachel had already done locally. Dr. Rachel continued to treat our dog until it became apparent the time had come to let him go. While most services were performed at her place of business, Dr. Rachel performed the final needed services in our home in a compassionate manner.
I did not put an approximate cost of services because there were a variety of cost over a long time period. I can say that the costs were far less than we experienced with other local vet services... and did not lack in quality.

They pulled 7 abscess teeth. My pet had a really bad infection from the abscess and she also had fluorosis that they had to take care, it wasn't just pull out the teeth. This veterinarian is not about money, they are totally about taking care of animals, especially large animals. She volunteers at the Redmond Main Society and she is very popular in this area. Everybody loves her.
