GARNER ELECTRIC

We called Garner 5 weeks ago setting our first appointment for a simple lighting wiring job. Result: no call, no show. Two weeks later we called setting another appointment. Result: no call no show. This past Monday we called the main office in Portland requesting an appointment call back. They said they would transmit our request to the Redmond office. Here it is March 12, Thursday and what do you know, no call back. I am just off the phone with the main office in Portland. I called to let the main office know about all this. End result, thier rep became defensive making excuses, saying the people out here were very busy. She said there aren't any other electrician's in Redmond. Wrong. There are at least three other electrician services companies in Redmond, close to Garner! Obviously Garner wants bigger jobs. Too busy to do our job. Our builder had trouble with Garner as well. We live in a new home and when our builder needed to have them come back to repair our electrical panel, they got nothing but resistance from the Redmond office. Finally, one of our builders top guys had to pressure them to get out here. We had lights sparking and shorting out! We have hired Chet's Electric of Redmond to do our work. Garner has no defense for this irresponsibility, so if they condescend to dispute this review, understand thier comment based upon thier poor response to my call today.
