A-Steam Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Scott was very pleasant and took extra time to get the ground in dirt. He did a wonderful job and given our furniture new life. Thanks Scott!

Arrived on time and did excellent job.  Very thorough with the cleaning and careful with furnishings.  Extra work done in traffic areas to get as clean as possible.

I prefer small locally owned companies. From start to finish this was AAAA+ experience. The employee who cleaned rugs was super!

Very efficient.  Stains and hallway looked great.  Scott was very friendly and professional and very easy to work with.

Scott was on time and got right to work measuring giving a good estimate and finishing in time. He is personal, friendly, and fast worker.

My only issue with A-Steam Carpet was that there was confusion about the original day they were scheduled to come. I had them down for one day, and when they did not show up I called--and discovered that they had me scheduled for the following week. This was inconvenient to me, but ultimately it happens and I don't feel that Scott was rude or tried to blame me for the mistake. Instead he apologized for the confusion. Unfortunately, when my appointment came the following week, there was a problem with the equipment, and we had to postpone again. However, Scott did try to rearrange his schedule to make sure that the third appointment was more convenient for me, not simply his first available time. I trust that in the future, I won't have similar issues with A-Steam, and at no point did I feel like I was being brushed off or treated indifferently. Scott did a great job with my carpets. My mother said "It looks 100% better." They were pretty dirty to begin with, but they look great now.

They were very good. They are very reliable, nice people.
