My husnand and I are not very computer savy, so simple things seem overwhelming for us on the computer. We have used Dave and Betty for over 15 years and they have done everything from teaching us how to use the computers, to helping us pick out the best laptops for our needs. When I was having some memory issues, they even wrote out the step by step instructions on how to use several programs I needed to use frequently. Dave and Betty are very responsive and have helped me over the phone when needed and have done remote repairs as well. They are a very dynamic Computer Repair tag team!!
