 + -1 moreThough we had done business with this contractor before, we are very unhappy with his failure to return our calls to let us know when he would start the fence. We asked for our $700.00 back and after a while we got a business check for $700.00 which has bounced twice. We have called numerous times, but contractor refuses to return our calls. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau and contractor told BBB he "fully intends to repay us" yet he still hasn't returned our many calls nor has he given our money back.
Description of Work: We wanted a wooden fence built, and got an estimate and paid $700.00 down for materials to be bought. We then found out the contractor was having problems on another job, so it was going to take longer than we wanted to start the fence, so we asked for our money back. There was no work performed and the contractors check to us for $700.00 bounced twice.
