 + -1 moreIT WAS GOOD. THE INSPECTION WAS DONE AND THEY FIXED PROBLEMS THAT WERE FOUND. IT WAS ALL DONE BEFORE WE MOVED IN. EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER WITHOUT ANY PROMPTING OR HEADACHES.
Description of Work: WE WERE BUYING A NEW HOUSE AND WE WANTED A PEST AND DRY ROT DONE. THEY CHECKED AROUND THE INSIDE, OUTSIDE AND UNDER THE HOUSE FOR PESTS, ROT, FAULTY GRADE, EARTH CONTACT, DEBRIS, MOISTURE, LEAKS, VISQUEENE AND EXCAVATION NEEDS.
